1. Scope of Technological Services
Klic Global LLC delivers a diversified portfolio of digital products, platforms, and advisory ecosystems, including but not limited to: digital commerce infrastructure and electronic marketplace protocols; performance marketing, media syndication, and programmatic advertising technology; software platforms, subscription-based analytical tools, mobile applications, and automated notification systems; educational technology ecosystems optimizing academic enrollment processing and logistical workflow consultancy; and international student mobility coordination with accommodation placement assistance. These terms govern access to all current and future products, tools, and services operated under the Klic Global LLC corporate umbrella.
2. Informational Tools & Advisory Disclaimers
Klic Global LLC operates strictly as an independent technology and advisory enterprise. Our analytical platforms, market-scanning tools, and data-driven products are provided exclusively for informational and educational purposes and do not constitute financial, investment, legal, or professional advice; all commercial and investment decisions remain the sole responsibility of the user. In the educational and mobility domains, we do not extend guarantees regarding institutional admissions, nor do we claim immigration agency authority or offer visa guarantees. Final decisions regarding academic acceptances and statutory visa issuance reside exclusively under the jurisdiction of the sovereign government authorities and respective universities. Klic Global LLC explicitly disclaims all liabilities concerning visa rejections, processing delays, institutional application shortfalls, market outcomes, or reliance upon informational outputs generated by our platforms.
3. Intellectual Property Protocols
All framework matrices, system codebases, platform structures, analytical models, algorithmic engines, brand identities, and descriptive operational properties deployed across our ecosystems remain the exclusive proprietary asset of Klic Global LLC.
4. Subscriptions & Account Conduct
Certain platforms operated by Klic Global LLC are provisioned on a recurring subscription basis. Subscribers are responsible for maintaining accurate account credentials and for all activity occurring under their accounts. Redistribution, resale, or automated scraping of platform outputs, alerts, or proprietary data streams without express written authorization is strictly prohibited.
5. Acceptable Use & Account Termination
Users agree to employ our platforms solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. Klic Global LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts engaged in fraudulent activity, abuse, unlawful conduct, or violation of these terms. Users may close their accounts at any time through the account interface or by contacting support@klicglobal.com; termination does not extinguish payment obligations already incurred.
6. Legal & Export Compliance
Klic Global LLC operates in compliance with applicable United States laws, including export control and sanctions regulations administered by OFAC. Our services are not offered to persons or entities in jurisdictions where such provision would be prohibited by applicable law.
7. Pricing, Billing & Service Delivery
All prices are displayed prior to purchase and, unless expressly stated otherwise, are denominated in United States Dollars (USD). Digital services, subscriptions, and platform access are delivered electronically and are activated immediately upon successful payment confirmation, or as otherwise communicated at the point of sale. Advisory and coordination services are delivered according to the schedule agreed upon at engagement. Any conditions attached to promotions, discounts, or trial periods are disclosed at the point of offer.
8. Payment Security
All payment transactions are processed over encrypted HTTPS connections through PCI DSS-compliant third-party payment processors (e.g., Stripe). Klic Global LLC does not store, retain, or directly access full payment card numbers on its own servers.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the aggregate liability of Klic Global LLC arising out of or relating to any service shall not exceed the total fees paid by the user for the specific service giving rise to the claim during the twelve (12) months preceding the event. Klic Global LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States of America, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Users agree to first seek informal resolution of any dispute by contacting our support channels; unresolved disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of the State of Wyoming, unless mandatory consumer protection law of the user's jurisdiction provides otherwise.
11. Amendments & Contact
Klic Global LLC may update these terms from time to time; material changes will be reflected by a revised effective date on this page, and continued use of the services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
