Revision ID: privacy-2026-01-01-d2d42229a316

Klic Global LLC is firmly committed to maintaining rigorous data stewardship, encryption standards, and user privacy across all corporate operations.

1. Structural Data Collection

We process standard transactional and registration markers across all our platforms, including user contact profiles, billing telemetry, subscription preferences, platform usage analytics, notification delivery endpoints (including mobile and messaging channels), academic enrollment selections, and logistical preferences explicitly provided during account initialization.

2. Information Utilization Metrics

Information processed by Klic Global LLC is used to manage user registrations, operate and personalize our platforms and tools, deliver alerts and notifications the user has opted into, process secure transactional logs, clear payment entries, improve product performance, and fulfill service parameters requested by our client base.

3. Third-Party Data Security Protections

Klic Global LLC enforces a strict anti-monetization policy; user records are never rented or sold. Essential transmission of operational data is restricted to verified payment protocols (e.g., Stripe API integrations), authorized communication and notification providers (e.g., SMS and messaging gateways), and authorized educational/housing fulfillment entities who operate under parallel confidentiality mandates.

4. Cookies & Analytics

Our websites and platforms may use cookies and similar technologies for session management, security, preference retention, and aggregate usage analytics. Users may control cookie behavior through their browser settings; disabling essential cookies may limit certain platform functions.

5. Data Security & Retention

Personal data is protected using industry-standard safeguards, including encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS) and restricted internal access controls. Payment card data is handled exclusively by PCI DSS-compliant payment processors and is never stored on Klic Global LLC servers. Personal data is retained only for as long as necessary to deliver the contracted services and to satisfy legal, tax, and accounting obligations, after which it is deleted or irreversibly anonymized.

6. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on the user's jurisdiction (including rights afforded under the EU GDPR and the California Consumer Privacy Act), users may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a portable copy of their personal data, and may object to or restrict certain processing. Requests may be submitted to support@klicglobal.com and will be honored within the timeframes prescribed by applicable law. We do not discriminate against users who exercise their privacy rights.

7. Children's Privacy

Our services are not directed to children under the age of 13 (or the higher minimum age prescribed in the user's jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If such collection is discovered, the data will be deleted promptly.
