1. Application

This Addendum is a framework for project-specific facts. It applies only to a project, product, or service that links to or presents this revision and its completed project notice at the time of acceptance. Publication by itself does not make this Addendum apply to any offering. It supplements the Corporate Terms and Payment & Transaction Terms.

2. Required Project Notice

Before acceptance, the completed project notice must identify the contracting legal entity; project and trading name; offering description; customer territories; seller and merchant of record, if any; pricing owner and payment recipient; supplier or fulfillment role; delivery conditions; refund, dispute, tax, and customer-support responsibility; applicable privacy notice; restrictions; required approvals; and other material project-specific conditions. It must not imply that any provider has accepted an account or approved an arrangement unless that fact has been verified.

3. Role of Klic Global LLC

Klic Global LLC acts as seller or merchant of record only when the completed project notice expressly identifies it in that role. A supplier may perform fulfillment without becoming the seller to the customer. No marketplace, wallet, stored balance, transfer of value between users, collection for independent sellers, or distribution of seller proceeds is created or authorized by this Addendum.

4. Outcomes, Approvals, and Changes

Project outcomes may depend on eligibility, availability, verification, third-party decisions, governmental or other approvals, and conditions outside Klic Global LLC's control; no particular outcome or approval is guaranteed. A material change to the offering, territory, funds flow, recurring billing, seller structure, fulfillment, data use, or payment channel requires an updated project notice, renewed acceptance where required, and any operational, provider, or professional review applicable before use.

2. إشعار المشروع المطلوب

3. دور شركة Klic Global LLC

4. النتائج والموافقات والتغييرات

قد تعتمد نتائج المشروع على الأهلية والتوفر والتحقق وقرارات الأطراف الثالثة والموافقات الحكومية أو غيرها وظروف خارجة عن سيطرة شركة Klic Global LLC، ولا تُضمن نتيجة أو موافقة بعينها. ويتطلب أي تغيير جوهري في العرض أو الإقليم أو تدفق الأموال أو الفوترة المتكررة أو هيكل البائع أو التنفيذ أو استخدام البيانات أو قناة الدفع تحديث إشعار المشروع وتجديد القبول حيث يلزم، وإتمام أي مراجعة تشغيلية أو مراجعة مزود أو مختص تنطبق قبل الاستخدام.
